ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (RCPAAA)
CHARITY TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
The Richmond Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association
is the non-profit, volunteer-led group whose mission is to support
the Richmond Police Department. Funds raised go to support the
RPD community outreach (which includes providing financial
support to needy families in Richmond as well as Santa Behind the Badge),
acquisition of specialized law enforcement equipment or other needs identified by the RCPAAA or RPD.
The RCPAAA is hosting a charity shotgun tournament on Saturday, May 8, 2021, near Sealy.
The RCPAA would appreciate your support for this worthy cause. The Sponsor Entry form has various levels of sponsorship in more detail. Sponsorship can also include items for the Raffle and Silent Auction as well as provide funding for Program printing, snacks and beverages, trophies, etc.
Checks may be made payable to RCPAAA or call Kitty to charge on a credit card.
You are invited to select a Sponsorship level and then provide flyers / coupons to spread the word about your business/group and attract new customers / members; your flyer and give-away promotional items will be included in the goodie bags for participants and printed in the Program.
Vendors may rent a table at the event ($50) to hand out information.
Some Sponsorship levels include the opportunity to hang a sign or banner to be displayed either in the Pavilion or on the shooting Course.
A digital sponsorship (business card running across TV Scoreboard) is also available and some levels
of Sponsorship include this.
Raffle and Silent Auction items are needed. Your generous contribution will be recognized and you will be provided with a receipt.
We are also looking for shooters to enter the event as an Individual Shooter or a Team – Gold Sponsorship includes a Team entry and you can sponsor a Law Enforcement Team.
A customized Sponsorship can be designed with a combination of any and all of the above.
