I'm free...Now time for a rant. This club has gone to the depths of hell. They again have raised their dues to a whopping $150 (plus tax, plus TABC fee) your looking at $173 a month. This is the second dues raise in 6 months. Can't wait to see what they raise it to next year. What do you get for that monthly dues, nothing. The kitchen is closed, and according to the capital improvements priorities, kitchen, food & beverage services are not on the list. All you get is a over priced clay targets and workers that pickup your hulls, thats it.
Oh and how they punish the members who want to sell. I asked for reasonable justification on the $3150.50 membership transfer fee. This is the email I got from their president.
In answer to your question, the Club charges $3150.50 as a transfer fee because the primary sources of the club’s revenues are dues, initiation fees/transfer fees and private events. In actuality, the club makes very little money throwing targets. The Club’s current policy has been in place for approximately 15 years and, currently, there are no plans to change it.
